Refund Policy

At Wow Fabrics our aim is to provide you with the best customer service and experience and customer satisfaction is our priority. We work really hard to produce the best product we can but if for any reasons you are not 100% satisfied then please get in touch with us via contact us form and one of our team member will respond with 24 hours.

Quality control is our number one concern but on rare occasions if a product is faulty then please contact us via contact us form within 14 days of receipt of order with a brief description of fault, including images so that we can better understand and correct the fault. Please do not return the goods back to Wow Fabrics before contacting us first.

Sadly we cannot accept the return of non-faulty goods because the bespoke product has been produced and customised specifically to order, therefore impossible to reuse.

Order cancellation/Change of mind:

We wait 1 hour after receipt of your order before we start processing it. Within the hour, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. if you contact us within the hour to cancel the order, we will be able to issue a full refund, however, if you wish to cancel after the production of your order has begun, we would be unable to offer a full refund. Alternative options will be discussed with you, and a partial refund may be possible. If you have any questions/inquiries about your order then please get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Since our services are bespoke and impossible for us to reuse we are sadly unable to offer an exchange on our products.
